BAE Systems accepting applications for a paid internship within our ES Legal function.
Our legal interns support the company s Legal function by researching legal questions, providing analysis, working on litigation support, and assisting with other activities assigned by the Corporate Legal Team. This fast-paced, dynamic role offers broad exposure to in-house work product designed to help transition the intern into a successful first-year associate. Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters who can work autonomously while collaborating closely with and receiving support from the entire legal team.
Interns will be responsible for assignments involving all aspects of the department s responsibilities, such as: analyzing and drafting various legal documents, including review of government and commercial contracts, NDAs and licenses; conducting legal research and preparing legal memos and correspondence; responding to discovery requests and subpoena...
