- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of financing agreements, commercial contracts, and vendor agreements with a commitment to quick turnaround and high service standards
- Ensure all agreements are legally sound, commercially viable, and aligned with the company's risk
- Serve as the primary liaison with financial regulators, including OJK, BI, and other relevant authorities
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure the company's operations remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations at all times
- Coordinate and administer General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS/RUPSLB), including preparation of documentation and follow up actions
