Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
Additional certification in corporate law, compliance, or related fields will be an advantage. Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a corporate legal environment. Experience in contract drafting, litigation, and corporate governance.

The Legal Officer will provide legal advice, support, and representation to the organization to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents, managing legal risks, representing the organization in legal proceedings, and liaising with external counsel when necessary. The Legal Officer will also advise management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution while safeguarding the organization’s interests.
