Corporate M&A lawyers collaborate seamlessly across jurisdictions, supporting clients on sophisticated cross-border transactions which shape the future of their businesses. From high-value strategic acquisitions to critical mid-market deals, the focus remains the same: delivering consistent, high-quality advice wherever their clients operate.
We would be keen to hear from lawyers at City, or top-tier regional/national firms, with between three and six years’ PQE. The firm pays a competitive City salary, together with a full benefits package.
