**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Develop short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans, including pit shell designs, stripping plans, waste development plans, and reclamation plans
+ Prepare geological models and perform resource and reserve estimations
+ Develop life-of-mine plans with phased development schedules, milestones, and cost inputs
+ Provide design parameters and volume calculations to support capital and acquisition projects
+ Collaborate with regional management, geologists, project managers, and engineers to evaluate mineral quantity and quality
