Oxford Solutions is working with a client to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity. This is a direct hire, fully onsite role supporting attorneys in corporate, finance, and transactional law matters.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of business-related legal activities including entity formation, corporate governance, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with corporate and transactional legal matters including business formation, restructuring, and related activities
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions, and dissolution paperwork
