1 - Corporate Project Management Responsibilities
• Administer projects including, tracking projects, planning and coordinating project scheduling, updating project calendar, establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
• Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-ups.
• Follow related instructions and make sure that all related compliance regulations and guidelines are being followed
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management
