Job Description
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
This position leads administrative, data and technology related initiatives for the Corporate Real Estate team.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Reporting
+ Design and maintain properties reports and dashboards
+ Create presentations for executive review
+ Develop intimate knowledge of data points for over 200 locations
+ Develop and maintain art tracking database
+ Research and maintain records on internal data relevant to the organizational strategy
+ Research and report on external real estate market data for new real estate opportunities for lease and purchase
Project Management
+ Technical and IT project manager for the corporate real estate team
+ Manage remodel projects under $250,000
+ Manage tenant finish projects in coordination with landlords

+ Maintain meeting agendas and notes for team meetings
