Job Summary
The Corporate Relations Specialist ( CRS ) plays a key role in building and maintaining employer relationships for the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ) at The University of Texas at Dallas. This position is responsible for assessing employer needs, developing strategies to support their recruiting efforts, and fostering long-term partnerships across a dynamic and evolving employer base.
Working closely with the Assistant Dean, Assistant Director of Corporate Relations, Corporate Relations Team, and Career Development Specialists, the CRS ensures all employer-related activities are effectively supported, tracked, and evaluated. The role provides critical support for engaging employers in major career events such as Career Expos, Industry Forums, Site Visits, Company Days, student organization career events, and information sessions.
