Job Description
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and reports
- Ensure proper product display, promotions, and pricing execution in stores
- Support key B2B clients and assist in account coordination and negotiations
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Aftersales teams
- Help resolve customer and partner concerns related to sales and products
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, B2B, or electronics
