Job Description
Responsibilities: Maintaining statutory records, including but not limited to Register of Members, Register of Directors, Register of Secretaries and Managers, Register of Directors Interest and Shareholdings, Register of Substantial Shareholders and Minutes Book Drafting and preparing resolutions/statutory documents Ensure all documents prepared comply with the requirements of the relevant authorities and Companies Act, Cap. 50 Ensure timely and accurate lodgment/submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities. Assist Seniors and Assistant Manager with a varied portfolio of clients.
