You will be responsible for providing corporate secretarial support and ensuring compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory, and listing requirements, as well as upholding corporate governance standards in line with adopted best practices.
Responsibilities Corporate Secretarial Support- Guide team members or subordinate staff in handling both routine and non-routine corporate secretarial matters. In the absence of subordinate staff, manage these matters directly.
