Corporate Secretary (Assistant Manager | Senior Executive)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the in‑house department with all secretarial functions, including the preparation and review of board resolutions, company constitutions, statutory forms, and internal reports.
Ensure the timely filing of all statutory documents and maintain organized secretarial records for efficient retrieval.
Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on statutory requirements and ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant regulatory authorities.
Liaise with external regulators, relevant authorities and advisors such as Companies Commission of Malaysia, lawyers, auditors and etc.
Undertake any additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Management.
