Responsibilities
- To support the governance and compliance functions of our professional service firm.
- Maintaining the firm’s regulatory standards, coordinating board meetings, and managing corporate records.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording accurate minutes.
- Advise the board on governance matters, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain corporate records, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Oversee filings with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
