Lead & Scale APAC Function: Build and lead the corporate services team across Singapore/APAC, acting as the key operational lead and escalation point
Oversee End-to-End Corporate Services: Manage entity formation, governance, filings, accounting, cash management, and regulatory matters with strong delivery standards
Drive Controls & AML Governance: Implement robust risk frameworks and oversee AML, compliance, and audit readiness across jurisdictions
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years’ corporate services experience, managing multi-entity portfolios and external advisors
APAC corporate services expertise, across entities, SPVs, governance, filings, and accounting
