Corporate Solicitor - 2+ Years PQE - Devizes

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a well established and growing Corporate team in Devizes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued expansion of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures
- Support and lead on transactions depending on experience
- Provide commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients
