Corporate Associate Solicitor | National Law Firm | Birmingham/Hybrid Working

The Role
- Work as part of an established corporate team advising on a broad range of transactional matters
- Support on corporate finance transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity deals
- Draft and negotiate key corporate documents including SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and articles of association
- Manage matters in line with client expectations, ensuring work is delivered to a high technical standard and within agreed timelines
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm
