Key Responsibilities
Lead corporation tax compliance, including returns, CbCR and BEPS requirementsCoordinate the Senior Accounting Officer (SAO) process and ensure robust controlsManage HMRC enquiries, audits, and maintain strong regulatory relationshipsAct as a subject matter expert, providing clear tax guidance across the businessIdentify and manage tax risks, ensuring effective mitigation actionsSupport statutory and regulatory reporting, including year-end processesOversee treasury activity, including cashflow monitoring and liquidity managementDrive process improvements and support wider finance and system initiatives
