The Corporate Tax Manager – Provisions will be part of the Corporate Tax Solutions practice, focusing on corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 income tax provision (preparation, review, and audit). This role involves managing multiple client engagements, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality tax solutions for large, multi-state and global organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage tax engagements from planning through completion
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and review tax returns for accuracy and optimization
