Responsibilities
- Design and deliver employee training programs on technical skills, soft skills, and professional development
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
- Facilitate workshops on software tools and project management
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback
- Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Work on-site in our Islamabad office collaborating with HR and department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed)
