Job Description
The Senior Executive – R&D will be responsible for developing innovative, stable, and effective skincare and haircare formulations from concept to commercialization. The role involves formulation development, pilot batches, scale-up activities, technology transfer, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to launch high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Formulation
* Develop and optimize skincare and haircare formulations as per business and innovation requirements.
* Formulate and evaluate products from lab scale to commercial production.
* Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
* Design and execute experiments for product development and process improvements.
Pilot & Scale-up Management
* Oversee pilot batches and full-scale manufacturing at in-house and third-party manufacturing facilities.
