Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our Cosmetica Takapuna store in NZ on a full‑time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.
- Lead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers to create MECCA‑magic moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
Additional Requirements
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
- First 90 days will be subject to a trail period if you have never worked for MECCA before.
