We have an exciting fixed‑term opportunity for an experienced leader and retail professional to join Ballantynes as our Cosmetics Manager . Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is responsible for leading our Cosmetic department, working closely with Brand Representatives, Beauty Buyer, Counter Managers and Sales teams to drive performance, maximise sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Leading a team of around 40, you will play a key role in creating a high‑performing, customer‑focused culture that reflects the premium Ballantynes brand.
