Responsibilities
- Perform month-end cost accounting close and preparing cost of goods sold and production reports.
- Analyze manufacturing operations, equipment availability and utilization
- Perform physical inventory count and reconciling
- Implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and cost ledger in system (SAP)
- Liaise with the internal/ external auditor, BIR, banks, and other related regulators
- Work with procurement and accounts payable teams to monitor and reconcile Source-to-Pay (S2P) transactions in SAP
- Ensure proper coding and allocation of purchase requisition, purchase orders, and supplier invoices in SAP.
- Coordinate and supervise physical inventory counts of assets, raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and spare parts.
