Cost Control Manager – Philippines
We are seeking a Cost Control Manager to implement project cost control mechanisms, monitor service quality, and manage contractual compliance for external suppliers and operational services within our construction business.
Mission
Implement the assigned parts of the project within the unit/department, ensuring compliance with established procedures and deadlines. Facilitate cost and quality control for services provided by external suppliers and operational management of buildings and employee services.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Develop, review, and maintain the project budget, ensuring alignment with scope and schedule.
- Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual costs against budgeted costs, prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions for overruns.
