Job Description
- Perform ocular inspection, materials quantity and cost estimation; prepare proposals and quotations.
- Design, illustrate, execute, and seal and sign for Engineering plans within one's capacity as may be necessary.
- Attend biddings and meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Oversee projects as necessary and ensure works are done according to plans, budget, schedule and safety standards when necessary.
- Monitor and Track Project Cost to ensure they align with Project budget
- Evaluate Suppliers/Vendors Quotation vs Approved Unit Price of the materials or Scope of Work which reflected on the DUPA/ BOQ
- Monitor subcontractors works and billings.
- Prepare and Submit weekly and monthly cost monitoring report per project
- Submit progress and incident reports.
- Coordinate with the different office departments for concerns and requirements.
