Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for MEPF and Fit-out projects, incorporating design, supply, and installation costs.
- Collaborate with site engineers and other internal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment between design and estimation.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the company’s MEPF solutions/systems to ensure informed and precise quoting.
- Utilize and maintain quoting templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in the estimation process.
- Embrace and adapt to new estimating processes to improve workflow and productivity.
- Evaluate project specifications and requirements to determine appropriate materials, labor, and installation costs.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and provide timely updates on quote status.
