Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and scope.
- Budget Monitoring & Cost Tracking: Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and estimates. Identify and report cost variances and potential overruns to management in a timely manner.
- Procurement Coordination Support: Provide material take-offs and quantity verifications to support procurement planning. Review supplier quotations to confirm consistency with project estimates.
- Quantity Take-Offs & BOQ Preparation: Perform accurate quantity take-offs from mechanical/HVAC drawings and specifications. Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements. Validate received materials and submittals against BOQs for compliance.
