The Estimator provides comprehensive cost estimating services for new school construction and major capital improvement projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate and timely estimates at the 30%, 60%, and 90% design milestones, preparing pricing for change orders, and supporting negotiations with contractors to ensure the best value for the school district.
