Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage standard costing and product cost calculations.
- Analyze material, labor, overhead, and manufacturing variances.
- Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing records.
- Prepare cost reports, profitability analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support pricing decisions and new product costing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve costing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of costing/finance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in the Paint, Coatings, Chemical, or Process Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and budgeting.
