As a Cost Management Consultant, you will oversee commercial real estate solutions to a dedicated Life Sciences client based in Latina, and support a large multi-year construction project. In collaboration with client’s project leaders, you will focus on moving the project forward to meet agreed upon schedule and budget.
This job is part of the Building Consultancy function. They are responsible for specialist building services including surveying, inspections, and planning.
This role will be based on our client site in Latina 4 days a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all facets of cost management for single real estate projects throughout the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Assess basic project scope and client needs to develop and present recommended budgets for necessary pre bid and pre-construction cost estimating and cost planning services.
