The Role
My client is a specialist cost consultancy supporting major data centre developments across the UK and Europe . Due to sustained growth in their pre‑construction pipeline , they are looking to appoint a Junior to Intermediate M&E Cost Manager to support the delivery of M&E cost planning services on technically complex, mission‑critical projects.
The role is heavily pre‑construction focused , making it ideal for a cost professional with strong early experience in M&E cost planning and pre‑con cost advice who is looking to specialise in the data centre sector.
