Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Prepares, packages, and labels meals, entrees, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken, sliced meats, and cheeses. Prepares take-and-bake pizzas. Stocks and rotates merchandise in the display case. Maintains machinery and equipment. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers. Follows proper safety procedures and standards.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
Dismantle equipment, wash, rinse and sanitise removable parts, equipment in Deli and Rotisserie roomsInspect and reassemble equipment, and address any corrective actions from the previous nightRe-work display case, filling and rotating merchandiseCompletes required department paperworkClean and sanitise work area throughout the day following sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP) guidelines Complete and comply with 11 commandments of Quality Assurance, food safety certificatio...
