Responsibilities
- Handle transaction entries, reconciliations, and full A/P and A/R management.
- Manage and reconcile multi‑currency accounts.
- Process and reconcile Stripe transactions, including fees and payouts.
- Prepare and audit job costing reports for accuracy and profitability.
- Review and correct historical accounting records.
- Maintain clean and accurate books in QuickBooks Online.
