Responsibilities
- Analyze raw material cost variances and impact on plant results.
- Monitor inventory controls (E&O, cycle counts, adjustments, physical inventory).
- Review items with zero cost and follow up on issues.
- Support month-end close (US & Mexico) for cost/inventory.
- Prepare and analyze US Recon and balance sheet accounts.
- Update standard costs and routings for year-end processes.
- Prepare productivity and scrap reports; align with QA.
- Support audits and provide required financial information.
- Develop cost analysis for new products and business cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- 3+ years of experience in cost or inventory accounting.
- Good English communication (written & spoken).
- Strong Excel skills.
