Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of bills of costs.Drafting schedules of costs and preparing points of dispute and repliesGaining an understanding of relevant case law and statutory provisionsLiaising with clients, solicitors, and other legal professionalsProviding administrative support to senior costs draftsmen as neededThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
