Team Overview
This Counsel will report into a Managing Counsel and join a small team. The Counsel serves as a key legal partner to sales teams. They support contract review/ negotiations, review customer-facing materials, and provide practical, risk-based guidance to help structure deals and close business efficiently. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
