Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team at Marsh McLennan. This role is based in Toronto. It is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements with clients from all industry sectors
- Advise on legal, regulatory, and business risks related to the Marsh & Mercer US business
- Contribute to and reinforce the Marsh McLennan Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs (LCPA) Department’s Strategic Plan and initiatives that impact the LCPA organization
- Collaborate effectively with business, operations and legal and compliance colleagues
- Promote an ethical culture where employees are encouraged to voice their concerns and opinions
- Above all, exercise sound judgment
