TD's Digital Banking and Innovation Legal Team is seeking a highly-motivated and forward-thinking Counsel to help shape the future of banking in the digital age. This attorney will partner closely with business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders to enable responsible innovation throughout the product lifecycle.
As a thought leader on the Digital Banking and Innovation Legal Team, the Counsel will help shape risk management frameworks and advise TD Bank US on artificial intelligence, digital assets, digital banking platforms, open banking, electronic payment systems, and related third-party and fintech partnerships. The Counsel will also analyze and apply existing and emerging laws, rules, and regulations to current and future banking products and services across the bank.
