As a Counsellor your roles and responsibilities will include:
Interacting with aspirants, understanding their needs & recommending the course to best cater to their areas of improvement.
Sharing details and counseling the clients.
Motivating & convincing clients to join us best suited for them.
Handling inquiries and direct visitors independently.
Following up with interested Clients.
Managing database on a day to day basis.
