Job Description
The Counsellor plays a vital role in a dynamic Social Work Team that facilitates positive change and improves the lives of individuals, families, and communities facing social challenges. This is achieved through a community-centric approach and the delivery of targeted interventions, including but not limited to social work services, home ownership support, education support, livelihood development, and community development. The ultimate aim is to empower communities to break the cycle of poverty and achieve sustainable progress.
Working collaboratively with community members, internal SCC work teams, and ecosystem partners, the Counsellor supports socially disadvantaged families and individuals in realising their aspirations.
