**Counter Sales & Parts Representative**

**🛠️ What You’ll Do**
+ Assist customers in-person and over the phone (20+ calls/walk-ins daily)
+ Help identify and recommend saw blades, parts, and equipment
+ Process sales orders, invoices, and quotes using QuickBooks
+ Handle counter sales transactions efficiently and accurately
+ Organize and maintain parts inventory
+ Coordinate service drop-offs and pickups with technicians
+ Provide excellent customer support and problem-solving
