Role Overview
The Country Controller, Philippines leads all controllership activities, ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, and strong internal controls across 3M entities. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and BPO providers to drive effective governance, operational discipline, and high-quality financial stewardship aligned with business priorities.
