I’m working with a high-growth European AdTech business hiring a UK Country Manager to lead and scale their presence in the market.
They operate across media, data and creative, delivering cross-channel campaigns for major brands and agencies. The platform is established, revenue is already flowing, and the UK is now a key focus.
The role
This is a genuine build role. You’ll take full ownership of the UK, driving revenue, shaping the strategy and building a team over time.
You’ll be expected to lead from the front. Opening doors, winning business and putting the right foundations in place.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive revenue across agency groups and direct clients
- Build and deepen senior relationships across the UK market
- Own and execute the commercial strategy
