We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead business development initiatives for our BPO services in the Philippines and key international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring strategic clients, bringing in relevant AI solutions , and driving sustainable revenue growth in a competitive industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key enterprise BPO clients and channel partners across target industries.
- Develop and present BPO AI solutions—including customer accquisition and service, risk control and credit assessment , recruitment and data analytics—aligned with client SLA requirements and business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the Philippine market and designated key accounts.
