Job Description
As Country Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :
Shape & own the BeLux market strategy
- Define the market vision and priorities for Belgium & Luxembourg, adapting the global framework to local realities.
- Build a deep understanding of drivers, barriers, competitors, and user/company behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify high‑impact growth levers across B2C and B2B.
Accelerate B2C adoption & engagement
- Boost usage of the mobile app and charging access solution through creative, locally relevant activation.
- Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns and growth experiments; ensure seamless onboarding with Customer Success.
- Influence product developments by sharing market insights and feature needs with Product & Tech.
