We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Country Manager to join our growing team in the FX & CFDs industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of Business Development experience and 2+ years in a leadership role to take on a key position in driving revenue growth, leading high‑performing teams, and expanding business across key markets.
What Will You Do
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Managers and Senior Business Development Managers across assigned markets.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for both hunting new IBs, affiliates, partners, and clients, and farming existing IB and client portfolios.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring to develop team capabilities.
