Our client in Maputo is looking for a Country Manager with BD Capabilities to join their team within the Commodities’ Inspection Sector.


Responsibilities

  • Own the country P&L — revenue, margins, costs, and collections.

  • Ensure operations across fuel inspection, agri inspection, lab services, and collateral management are delivered on time and to standard.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

  • Develop relationships with existing clients and identify new ones — in the oil and gas sector, agriculture, financial institutions, and government bodies.

  • Set clear expectations, hold your direct reports accountable, and develop their capability.

  • Manage people matters in line with Mozambiquan labour law and Group HR policy.
