About the Role:
As the senior in-country leader, you will have full accountability for strategy, operations, financial performance, compliance, and people management across all business units. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, building strong stakeholder relationships, and expanding the Group’s footprint in Zambia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Own and manage the full country P& L, budgets, reporting, and audits to ensure financial performance and governance.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure complete adherence to Zambian regulatory and tax requirements with zero penalties.
- Business Development: Drive growth by securing new mining clients and expanding supplier partnerships.
