The Role
Title: Country Manager - South Africa
Location: Cape Town (On-site, 5 days per week)
Responsibilities Lead the South Africa office as the primary on the ground leadership presence, owning how the office operates day to day Drive alignment and consistency across Player Support, Compliance, and shared support functions Set and uphold high standards for people leadership, performance management, and culture across teams Identify cross team operational, structural, and people related gaps, and turn these into clear improvement plans Lead and scale shared support functions including Workforce Management, Training & Development, and Workplace Experience Partner closely with UK stakeholders to ensure strong alignment between strategy and local execution Act as the central point for office-wide decisions across people, operations, and workplace matters Support planning for office growth, org design, and future capability build-out Work cross-functionally with People,...
